I'm always pretty careful about the times I order food from the local chippy. To be fare it's a very good one and has won awards but I have had some pretty crap food when I've ordered close to his closing time. Our's closes at nine so If we are going to order it would be between 7.00 and 7.45 and it's pretty much guaranteed to be freshly cooked. Kebab on a Sunday though? It must be a northern thing 🤣 Maybe that was why it wasn't up to par, just not many people ordering kebabs on a Sunday so not worth keeping the grill on and cutting it fresh. Annoying though, it just costs too much now for takeaway food, when you were paying half that price which wasn't all that long ago throwing food away wasn't great but at the prices they charge it's now an issue. Like you I tend to order from places that have their own drivers. I don't mind paying for delivery or tipping. I've used Uber eats a few times and all I get is drivers that speak hardly any English and the last time the cheeky twat couldn't even be bothered to walk down the drive and called me tell me he was there, and I had to walk down the drive and get the food from him. Then he had the cheek to say the word tip as I was walking away, I was so pissed off I couldn't be bothered to tell him to fuck himself, he'd have been unlikely to understand if I did. So I'm done with uber eats and indirectly sponsoring potential terrorists. My new favourite takeaway is the toby carvery, I didn't even realise you could get a takeaway carvery and it's cheap as well. I have to collect that one though but I don't mind that. I've used them half a dozen times and the food as been bang on and it also stops me making a pig of myself as I would if I actually went there and sat indoors.

Good, i hope he has to pay both sets of legal costs.

This nonsense really needs to stop. They're men and should compete against other men, stay out of women-only places, and accept that they have rights like everyone else but need to adapt, rather than expect the rest of the world to adapt to them. Too many wierdos and sex offenders have jumped on this trans bandwagon, making it impossible for anything but a black and white ruling in the eyes of the law. I caught a bit of the news yesterday and one of them was claiming they make up 1% of the population. That's a big number and if it's true, then they should start organising their own leagues and competitions rather than trying to gain the advantage over others.
