These centres are jack of all trades, master of none. Probably just provide familiiarisation for the staff with little or no diagnostic training. Or, the lads don't give a shit

There's probably a lot of Ukranians that need help but maybe more that don't. Don't forget Hong Kong. All of these boats, what's the end goal for governments?. Not just the UK, Europe. What do they gain by providing benefits, housing etc to those that could easily be kicked back from where they came
