goldringers
Why why why would you go out and celebrate Paddy's Day when your English born & bred ?. Now I know it's an excuse join the Monday club but wearing daft f##kin green hats and beards and shit !!. My grandma was full Irish but I'm about as close to been Irish as I am to been Bangladeshi. I've just got a picture sent to me from a couple of fellas sat with green t shirts on, green hat and leprechaun false beards all with a pint and Happy Paddy's Day message all in Liverpool. I hope they all f##kin choke or sh*t their pants off a bad pint in the train home. I wonder how many come with me for my yearly pint on the 23rd April. Anyone who's English and celebrates something they've got f#ck all links to wants a full lobotomy, bunch er c*nts What makes it worse, the TV over here does it as well, Paddy's day themes while St George's Day f#ckin tumbleweed. I've nothing against the Irish but most of them don't give a flying f#ck about, it just seems to be the mentalist English who care and need to get p*ssed over it. H
My Great Gran was Irish and from Dublin, sadly she ended up having an epileptic fit following the birth of my Gran and died not long after having been left in a vegetive state. I took some flowers today to lay on the mass grave she was buried within in Blackburn. I honestly don't get the English celebrating Paddy's day as for most of history we have been persecuting them.
goldringers
Firstly , thank you H for the Ringers Rant section, I hope other moaning old t"ats like me contribute as I know you all wanna so dont be shy I was brought up in Oz and spent all my childhood there. When I came back to England I met my Grandma once before she past away. She was Irish and one hell of a tough bitch. She brought up 10 my Dad been the eldest. Were she brought them up in Wigan is still a rough place in parts. One tale was, one of my uncles came in crying. He'd been fighting with another kid in the street and the mum of the other kid came out and clipped my uncle round the lug as they did back in the day. When my uncle told my grandma she went out, banged on the woman's door and when she answered the other woman knew what was coming and legged it out the back door with my grandma in hot pursuit through the house. She caught the woman and beat the shit out of her. they said the area was in fear of her and my Grandad was the most mild mannered quietly spoken man you'd ever meet. on about two opposite attract. So, based on my grandma been a thoroughbred Irish woman that would give me full right to play for Ireland at most sports and celebrate Paddy's Day but I'm fookin English, born here and brought up for 45 odd years I'm English and my only link with Ireland is spuds. Then last night a guy I know , I dont like much bit of a cnut puts a picture up on Facebook in Benidorm him and his lip filler wife Green hats on both lip pouting to the camera "Irish for the day" you fookin tell me ..... sweet fookin Jesus of Nazareth the only consolation was, its absolutely pissed it down for 2 days over there Edited March 18 by goldringers
